Glenn D. Meadows, Sr., 74, of Bainbridge, died at 9:43am Friday April 13, 2007, in Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born December 20, 1932, in Mt. Sterling to the late Ernest and Mabel Connor Meadows.
Surviving are his daughters and sons-in-law Diane Keith, of Rock Hill, SC; Teresa (Junior) Shoemaker, Bainbridge; Laura (Frank) Thompson; and Brenda (Bill) Laney, all of Beaver, OH; sons and daughters-in-law Glenn D. Meadows, Jr., Bainbridge, and his companion, Stella Shoemaker; Dale (Mae) Meadows, Chillicothe; Timothy (Katie) Shoemaker, Clarksburg; Robert Meadows, Bainbridge; 21 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters. He was predeceased by a son Elmer Meadows, his parents, and two brothers.
Glenn worked as a farmer. He was a member of the Bainbridge Presbyterian Church. He loved to fish and hunt.
Services were entrusted to Haller Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.
