Jesse Leroy Kelly, 42, a farmer, living four miles east of Roann, died at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Wabash County hospital. He had been ill two weeks and death was caused by a heart ailment.
The decednat was born Oct. 2, 1909 in Pleasant Township to Francis Marion and Clara Mae (Anderson) Kelly. He was married in 1929 in Wabash to Edna Sopher, who survives. He was a member of the Laketon E. U. B. church.
Also surviving are his father, nine children, Leroy, Paul, Donald, Margie, Charles, Willadean, Joann, John and Jeanette, all at home, and one sister Mrs. Forrest Long, Denver. A daughter preceeded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the Ijamsvile Methodist church with the Rev. Warren Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Laketon cemetery.
The body was taken from the Grandstaff Funeral home to the family residence Friday afternoon where friends may call
