MACON – Joyce Joiner Copeland, 91, died Monday in local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Northridge Baptist Church with burial in Bethany Church Cemetery, Tennille at 3 p.m. The Rev. Bob Hamilton will officiate.
Mrs. Copeland, wife of the late A. C. Copeland, was born in Tennille the daughter of the late Isaac Linton Joiner, Jr. and Willie Maude Jones Joiner. Living in Macon since 1941, she was retired from the office of Bibb Manufacturing Co. Mrs. Copeland was a member of Northridge Baptist Church where she was also a member of the TEL Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her daughters, Peggy Roberts and Marge Hughes of Macon; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
