Richard Huffman Earhart, son of Albert Clifford Earhart and Josephine (Huffman) Earhart, was married to Jeannette Albertha Proudfoot.

Richard was a beloved college professor of Psycholgy, and well respected in this profession. He was a member of APA and his research was published in several professional journals. American Men & Women of Science recognized Dr. Richard Earhart.

He is listed in the biographical directory of today's leaders in physical, biological, and related sciences. 12th edition, Social & Behavioral Sciences. Two volumes. New York: R.R. Bowker, 1973.

He founded the Quimper Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Port Townsend, Washington which is a thriving congregation to this day.

He was cremated on 11 May 1983 by Forest Lawn Crematory, 6701 30th Avenue SW, Seattle, Washington, 98126.
