Cora Anderson, daughter of Henry and Sarah Cline was born December 26, 1879 and died March 1, 1954, making her age 74 years, 2 months and 3 days.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Newport, Kentucky, on November 7, 1899. She was united in marriage to Ray H. Anderson of St. Louis.

*(Cora and Ray were actually married on November 7, 1899).*

She was a member of the Memorial Congregational Church in St. Louis. The Andersons lived in St. Louis for 15 years until 1902 at which time they moved to their farm in Roby.

*(If they married in 1899, they couldn't have spent 15 years in St. Louis, arriving in Roby in 1902)*

She is survived by her husband, Roy; niece, Mrs. Mabel Ricks, Columbia, Mo.; 2 nephews, Clifford Lester of Kansas City, Mo. and Lewis K. Lester of Sangelio, Texas, and other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, March 4, in the Elliott Chapel with Rev. Victor Kosark officiating. Burial was in Long Hollow Cemetery under direction of the Elliott Funeral Home of Houston.
