Enoch Stamper was the son of Albert Stamper (c.1834-1863) & Sarah Mays (c.1836-1913). His grandparents were: Enoch Stamper (1806-1856) and Mary Isabelle McIntosh; and Thomas Mays and Nancy Bicknell.
Enoch first married Lydia A. Mays (c.1853-1897) on December 8, 1875 in Lee County, Kentucky. They had six identified children: Sarah, Albert, Jenny, Richard, Emma, & Lily Stamper.
He then married Margaret Riley (1854-1903) on June 3, 1897 in Lee County, Kentucky. They had one identified child: Enoch Stamper.
He then married Margaret A. Newman on November 24, 1904 in Lee County, Kentucky. They had no identified children.
