JAMES GIBBS DIES SUNDAY, FUNERAL HELD WEDNESDAY
Glenwood-Funeral services for James Gibbs, 77, who died at his home in Glenwood Sunday morning of natural causes, were held Wednesday in the Glenwood Ward Chapel.

He was born Dec. 25, 1885 in Salt Lake City, a son of Matthew and Lucy Ann Weatherman GIbbs. He married Minnie Lund, Feb. 6, 1908, later divorced. He married Elmira Jensen, Elsinore, Dec. 24, 1914. She died Nov. 7, 1952. He married Ida Peterson Larsen, Glenwood, Aug. 5, 1953. He was a mason by trade.

Survivors include his widow; son, James Harold, Salt Lake City; two grandchildren; sister Mrs. Bertha Delaney, Oakland, Calif.; stepchildren, Elvie Larsen, Layton; Jay Larsen, Elsinore; Mrs. Josephine Jensen, Peach Springs, Ariz.; Mrs. Saney Bridges and Mrs. Lola Boyce, Granger; 18 step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren.

Burial was in the Glenwood Cemetery by Neal S. Magleby and sons Mortuary, Richfield.
