He is survived by a daughter Krystal Collins; his mother, JoAnne Powell Collins; two sisters, Karen Collins Roesch, Shelley Ann Collins; and an aunt, Kathryn Penick Powell. Preceded in death by his father, Bryan David Collins and Uncle Billy Paul Powell; grandparents, Paul William and Emma E. Bratton Powell. He graduated in 1982 from Colonial Highights High School, San Antonio,Texas.
He was a great son, father, friend and cousin, and he will be missed by all of us who knew and loved him.
