Herbert Evelyn Edwards, 60, died Tuesday at Blodgett Hospital, Grand Rapids.
He was born Aug.5 1893 in Bushell Township.
He also had been a resident of Ionia County. He was a farmer.
Survivors are his wife. Flora; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy McKinley of Orleans and Carol at home; five sons, Vere of Lansing, Harold of Richmond, Mo., Donald of Belding and Keith and Kenneth, both of Ionia. A sister, Mrs. Blanche Wait of Ionia, and a brother, Harry Edwards of Fenwick. and 11 grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Palo Methodist Church with the Rev. Lewis Herrick officiating. Interment will be in Palo Cemetery. The body will be at Stebbins Funeral Home, Sheridan, until time of service.
