Survivors are his wife, Ruth; sons, Jerry Agner of Blacksburg, S.C., Charles Agner; daughter, Ms. Linda Broadway; sisters, Ms. Kathleen Earnhardt of Rockwell, Ms. Linda Broadway, Ms. Louise Goodman, Ms. Ruby Bassinger.
Memorials may be made to Providence United Methodist Church, 6450 Bringle Ferry Rd., Salisbury, NC 28146.
