Service Set Friday For Alice A. Gotham: Brownville;..The funeral for Alice A Gotham, 77, of Brown Park Apartments, formerly of Colton, will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Seymour Funeral Home, Potsdam, with Rev. John White, paster of the Church of the Nazarene, Watertown, officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Mound Cemetery, Colton.
Calling hours will be this afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gotham died Tuesday at the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse.
Surviving are a son, Lowell, Agawan, Mass.; a daughter, Mrs. Jane Miller, Dexter; three step daughters, Mrs. William (Janice )Hicks, Spencerport, Mrs. John (Barbara) Christy, Medina, and Mrs. Ola McCarthy, Winthrop; 22 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; three brothers, Theodore O'Brien, Lisbon, Carmen O'Brien, Wenatchee, Wash., and Mason O'Brien Jr., Waddington; a sister, Mrs. Rhetta Carr, Lisbon several nieces and nephews.
Born Aug. 14,1910, in Canton, a daughter of Mason and Maude McMillan O'Brien, she married to Roy J. Gotham in March 1939. Mr. Gotham died in 1975.
Mrs. Gotham was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Watertown.

NOTE: I believe LeRoy Gotham was her second marriage. In my genealogy I have her first husband's last name of Fearby. I know she was LeRoys second wife. His first wife Eva died in 1935 & Alice & LeRoy were married in March 1939
