LEE, ALBERT R. (BILL) - age 89 of Knoxville passed away Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Parkwest Hospital. Mr. Lee was born in Knoxville, TN on May 20, 1919, and was retired from ALCOA where he worked as a millwright in the North Plant. He was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Lee was preceded in death by parents, James and Betha (Burns) Lee; brothers, Clyde, Robert, and Howard; and sisters, Lillie Davis and Trula Lawrence; wife, Mildred (Miller) Lee; and daughter, Brenda Proffitt. Survived by: sister, Anna B. Bush and husband Raymond of Knoxville. Anna has been her brother's caregiver for the past 15 years. Mr. Lee is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with funeral service to immediately follow with Reverend Guy Milam officiating.
