Born August 12, 1901 in Hunt County, Texas, as as young girl she came to the Red Star community in Roger Mills County, later moving to Cheyenne. She was married to Rice S. Cantrell, at Moorewood in 1921.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Minnie Faye Wing, Sayre; Mrs. Doris Archer, Elk City; Mrs Letha Hodnett, Amarillo, Texas; six sons, Raymond of Cheyenne; Wesley and Frankie of Amarillo, Texas; johnnie of Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Carl and Ralph of stockton, California; one ste son, Claude; one sister, Mrs. Maggie Parker; two brothers, Elsie Quattlebaum, Sunray, Texas; Elmo Quattlebaum, Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
Interement was in the Red Star Cemetery with Rose Chapel Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.
