Lana June Alford of Hurricane, West Virginia passed away August 17, 2008 at the home of her daughter and caregiver Susan Pauley. She was the daughter of Charles Edward McGhee and Ruby Irene Hodge-McGhee.
In addition to her parents June was preceded in death by her Brothers Larry H. McGhee and Charles Eddie McGhee; Sister Jerry Joy Clay; Husband Frank Alford and Grandson Stephen Charles Fridley.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law Charles David and Drew Vannater, her sisters and Brothers in law, Sandra "Kay" and Ray Cremeans, Kathy and Keith Griffith of Hurricane, and Judith Carol Arbaugh-Watts; her son and daughter-in-law Timothy and Patty Alford; her daughter and Sons-in-law, Susan and Mark Pauley, Carol and Roger Adams, and Rebecca and Gary Fridley; her Grandchildren Tracy, Shane, Christopher, Tiffany, Alisha and Roger. Several Great-grandchildren and Neices and Nephews.
Services were held at Allen Funeral Home Hurricane with pastor Stephen Neese officiating.
