She was the former Ruth Koenig, born in the Town of Meeme, daughter of the late John & Angeline Binversie Koenig.
Ruth married Francis Scharenbroch at St. Fidelis Catholic Church.
She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren, crocheting, needlepoint, crossword puzzles, gardening, playing card games, and craft projects.
Survivors her husband of 62 years, Francis; four children, Jean (Bill) Gries, Stan (Michele) Scharenbroch, Joyce (Philip) Schroeder, Jim (Lorie) Scharenbroch; nine grandchildren.
