Funeral services for Lavone D. Arnold, 84, of Cape Fair, were Aug. 30, 2008 at Manlove-Stumpff Chapel, in Crane, with Mark Walles officiating. Burial was at Cape Fair Cemetery under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Homes.
She died Aug. 26, 2008, in her home.
She was born July 20, 1924 in Stone County, daughter of Williams and Minnie (Morris) Foster. She was a homemaker and had lived in the area since 1984 coming from Maricopa, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Orvel.
Survivors include sons, Terry Arnold, and wife, Kathy, of Cape Fair, and Tim Arnold, and wife, Lori, of Maricopa, Calif; brother, Robert Foster; sisters, Loretta Arnold, and Beatrice Standish; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
