Reverand William Boardman, born 1855 Illinois. He came with his wife, the daughter of the Davis family buried here, to the Florida Mesa and taught at the Hood School. A quiet, small man with a long beard, the children often played pranks on him. Father of Luther, Zanas and Agnes. (and another girl??). See book "Pioneers of the San Juan Country".
