Mabel Aymond rites held

Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. Mabel C. Aymond, 79, of Bunkie who died at 6:55 a.m. Thursday in alexandria's Naomi Heights Nursing Home.

She is survived by five sons, Paul Aymond of Lafayette, Raymond Aymond of Pollock, O. J. Aymond of Alexandria, Willie Aymond of Springfield, Ill. and Rodney Aymond of Lacanada, Calif.; five daughters, Mrs. Amy Tillman Jr. of Tampa, Fla. Mrs. Katherine Richard of Sulfur, Mrs. Maudry Lachney of Bunkie, Mrs. Maude Campbell of Oakland, Calif., and Mrs. Mary Wilderman of Grand Island, Neb.; 36 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangments were under direction of Escude Funeral oHome here.

Rites were held Saturday at 10 a.m. from St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church to Pythian cemetery with Rev. Norman Buvens, assistant pastor, in charge.

Pallbearers were David Aymond, Bruce Aymond, Mike Aymond, Raymond Aymond, Jr., Dale Lachney and Clifton Galland. (sic)
