Tera Brown Perkins, 87, died Monday, October 2, 2006, at Evans Memorial Hospital. The Tattnall County native had lived in Milledgeville for several years, having moved back to Glennville in 1937. She was a homemaker, and a member of Cornerstone Bible Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Perkins.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Gene Westbrook of Lincolnton; sons and daughters-in-law, Andy and Brenda Perkins and David and Teresa Perkins, all of Glennville; two sisters, Geneva Denmark and Yvonne Brown, both of Cobbtown; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 5, at Cornerstone Bible Church, with Bro. Winston Beasley, Bro. Bobby Brinkley, and Bro. Robert Kicklighter officiating. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Bob Swicord, Jimmy McCurdy, Larry Woodcock, Juan Durrence, Brad Tatum, and Richie Swindell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Elders and Deacons of Cornerstone Bible Church.

Remembrances can be made to Cornerstone Bible Church, P. O. Box 598, 304 E. Hencart Road, Glennville, Georgia 30427.
