Wilson Barton, Callahan County Pioneer Is Dead
CLYDE, Dec. 16. — Funeral services for Wilson R. (Witt) Barton, son of a pioneer Callahan county family, was held at Tecumseh, in the southern part of the county.
Wilson Barton was born in 1894, native Texan. He was an active member of the American Legion and was well known in this area.
Survivors are two sisters and three brothers.
He died at his home south of Clyde December 13.
