CLYDE, May 10. — Mrs. Perry Barton, 70, resident of Callahan county since 1884, died at her home five miles south of here at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
She will be buried at the Tecumseh school cemetery in the southwestern part of the county this afternoon at 3 o'clock.
Mrs. Barton is survived by six children, Asbury, E. G., Wilson, Winifred Barton, and Mrs. Clyde Johnson, all residing near Clyde, and W. B. Barton of Gladewater. Her husband died here three years ago.
Mrs. Barton's maiden name was Ann Elizabeth Taylor.
Her nickname was "Annie". She was the daughter of W. J. Taylor and Mary C. Bryson.
