WINNSBORO (Special) — Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. here Wednesday for Ira Daniel Browder, who died Tuesday after a long illness in a Shreveport hospital.

Mr. Browder was a Winnsboro farmer.

Services were held in the Midway Baptist Church near here with the Rev. Mr. Crain officiating. Interment was in the Coax Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.

Besides his widow, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. O. W. Evans, Lake Providence; Mrs. Robert Rice, and Miss Maxine Browder, both of Marietta, Ga.; three sons, Ira C. Browder Jr., Winnsboro; Forbest Browder, Monroe, and Dewey Browder, Woodville, Miss.; two brothers, J. E. Browder, Chicago; Baskom Browder, Monroe; four sisters, Mrs. John Fowler, Mrs. Etta Fowler, and Mrs. Travis Fowler, all of Winnsboro, and Mrs. Ervin Fowler, West Monroe; 17 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were T. B. Miore, T. J. and A. J. Riser, J. W. Hawthorne, Woodrow Carter, and Woody Franklin.
