Harriet was the daughter of Moses & Maria (Brumlow) Latham. Harriet was born on a family farm in Perry Township, Franklin County, OH, and she grew up on farms in both Perry Township & Washington Township in Franklin County. On February 9, 1865, Harriet was married to Civil War veteran Nathan William Dulin in the town of Hilliard, Franklin County, OH. Harriet & Nathan spent the rest of their lives in Franklin County, OH, and parented seven children between the years of 1865 & 1885: Alonzo Dulin, Franklin Dulin, Estelle Maria Dulin, Susan "Susie" Alice Dulin (also buried at Wesley Chapel Cemetery), Lewis Moses Dulin (also buried at Wesley Chapel Cemetery), Emma "Emily" May Dulin (also buried at Wesley Chapel Cemetery), & Beatrice Eva Dulin (also buried at Wesley Chapel Cemetery).
