Paden--Juston Wells "Jut" Belue, 84, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, at his son's home in Paden. He was born July 22, 1924, in Mississippi to Henry Vaden and Essie Faye Stanford Belue. He was the owner of Belue's Grocery for 28 years. He served on ASCS,TCEPA and the Democrateic Committee. He was a member of Paden Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for many years. He was a member of Paden Masonic Lodge. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War 11 and received the Purple Heart after being wounded, a Good Conduck Medal and an honorable discharge.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Belmont with Bro. Dwight South and Bro. James Thorn officiating. Burial will be in Belue Cemetery in Paden.

Survivors include, his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Culp Belue, one son, Allan Wayne Belue (Mary Lou) of Paden; one grandson, David Wayne Belue of Dennis; one great-granddaugther, Keshia Belue of Dennis; and two, sisters Ocene Humbers of Memphis and Vetress Presley of Iuka.

Masons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today and until service time Wednesday.
