She was born August 9, 1923, a daughter of the late Walter and Jennie Daniels Rabuck.
She had been a resident of Winston-Salem for 39 years and was a member of the Winston-Salem Garden Club. Prior to living in Winston-Salem she resided in Williamstown and was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Williamstown.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles W. Herb, a brother, Robert Rabuck, and a sister, Margaret "Peggy" Rabuck Eagle.
Surviving are one daughter, Jane Beaver and her husband Richard, California; 1 son, Ronald Herb and his wife Lydia, Lewisville, NC; 8 grandchildren, Christopher and Kathleen Keller, Jennifer, Greyson and Langston Herb, Rebecca Williams, Richard Beaver, Ashley Cook; and 7 great-grandchildren
Services will be held Saturday, October 25th at 2 p.m., from the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc., Williamstown, with Rev. Robert Knight.
Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery.
A viewing will be from 1-2 p.m., at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
