Hildreth resident, 83 KEARNEY - Ralph G. Bebensee, 83, of Hildreth died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hildreth with the Rev. Sylvia High Karlsson officiating. Burial will be at St. Peter's Lutheran Ceme-tery. Hildreth. He was born July 16, 1925, in Wilcox to Gustav and Anna (Habben) Bebensee. On July 21, 1949, he married Frances Garland. Survivors include his wife; sons, Rolf and his wife, Dana, of Hildreth, Bill of Denver and Jim and his wife, Jodi, of Gothenburg; sisters, Lucille, Marjorie, Mildred and Anna Lee, all of Denver; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He grew up in the Wilcox-Hildreth area. He served in the U.S. Army from 1945 until 1949. He and his wife lived in Hildreth, Minden and Denver and then moved back to a farm near Hildreth in 1972. They moved into Hildreth in 1981. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Gustav Bebensee and Anna Bebensee (née Habben) and brother, Bertus Bebensee.
