Frank died at the home of his son Henry Wiegersen on saturday at the age of 89. He had been a resident of Cole County for nearly three quarters of a century and was one of the best known farmers in this section of the state. He had been active in Public and religious affairs in his home community for many years and had a wide circle of friends all over the county. He was born in Hamburg, Germany and came to this country when he was 17 years old. IN 1874 he was married to Miss Mary Lauf and had resided in the Osage Bend community since 1890. Mrs Wiegersen preceded him in death 48 years ago. Frank was the Father of 8 children, seven of whom survive him. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
