Dylan enjoyed motocross racing, playing football, swimming, video games and playing with his many friends.
He was a member of the Wilroads Gardens Christian Church of Dodge City and the Western Kansas Dirt Riders.
Dylan is survived by his parents, Darren and Beth Rhoten of Dodge City; a brother, Dayton Rhoten of the home; grandparents, Terry & Novella Rhoten of Dodge City and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Max and Helen Morris.
Funeral service was held at the First United Methodist Church in Dodge City on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at 10:30 AM with Mr. Jeff Hiers presiding. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Monday, October 6, 2008 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorials can be made to Dylan Rhoten Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
