Indiana Progess, Wed., March 13, 1895. "Mrs. Susanna Burnheimer died at the home of her son, Mr. B. F. Burnheimer, of Rayne township, on Sabbath morning aged 71 years and 16 days. The deceased has been a member of the Evangelical church for over 40 years, being one of the oldest in the Tanoma congregation. She was the widow of the late John Burnheimer. Ten children survive her, seven sons and three daughters: Aaron and B.F., of Rayne township; Lewis, of Cherrytree; Sylvester, of Ambrose; David of Blairsville; Ephriam, of South Fork; John, of near Mitchell's Mills; Mrs. Sarah Dunahugh and Mrs. Lizzie Fisher, of Blairsville, and Mrs. Jane Buchanan, of Rayne township. The deceased formerly lived in Cambria county and was a daughter of Lewis Paul, deceased, of Summerhill. Forty grandchildren and seven great grandchildren survive her. Interment took place at Tanoma on Tuesday. (This death took place Sunday, March 10, 1895) "

Hastings Tribune, March 15, 1895 "Susan Burnheimer. Susan relict of the late John Burnheimer, died Sunday morning at her home near Dixonville, Indiana County, aged seventy three years. The deceased was the daughter of Lewis Paul, who lived near Wilmore, this county, where he died in October 1861. Seven sons and three daughters survive Mrs. Burnheimer, as follows: Aaron and Frank who reside on the old homestead; Lewis, of Cherrytree; John, of Dimond; David of Blairsville; Sylvester, who resides in Indiana County; Ephraim of South Fork; Mrs. Jane Buchanan, of near Dixonville; and Mrs. Elizabeth Fisher and Sarah Donehoe, of Blairsville. She also leaves two brothers and four sisters namely: Philip Paul, of Sheridan, Allegheny County; Samuel Paul of near Wilmore; Mrs. Sarah Carpenter of Allegheny City; Lydia Pringle of Wilmore; Christina Brown of Cresson, and Mary George of South Fork. Mrs. Burnheimer was a member of the Evangelical Church and a consistent Christian all her adult life. The funeral took place at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday morning, interment being made in Tanoma Cemetery, near Dixonville."

Mrs. Susannah Burnheimer, of Tanoma, died on last Sunday, March 10, aged 71 years and 16 days. The funeral was held yesterday, interment being made at Tanoma.
Mrs. Burnheimer's maiden name was Paul, and her home was originally in Cambria county.
She married Mr. Burnheimer 52 years ago, and is survived by 10 children, viz; Aaron, Lewis, John, Franklin, Sylvester, Ephriam, David, Mrs. Elizabeth Fisher, and Mrs. D.H. Donahue, of Blairsville, and Mrs. James Buchanan. She was a member of the Evangelical church for 40 years.
