Obituary - Beth Aremenia Mayfield Pledger Peterson Fischer Wilson, age 77, died on January 7, 1997 at the Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah.
She was born on October 18, 1919 in Farmington, Utah to William Oscar and Florence Mary Wilkinson Mayfield.
Married Harry Pledger Jr.; later divorced. Married Glenn James Peterson in Evanston, Wyoming in May 1951, later divorced. Married Carl Emil Zola Fischer in Salt Lake City, Utah on February 2, 1952, he died on September 19, 1959. Married Samuel Carl Wilson in 1965 in Colorado City, Arizona.
Mrs. Fischer was raised in Farmington, Utah. She has lived in Farmington, Salt Lake, Orem, Colorado City, and St. George. She was compassionate, caring, frugal, and a wonderful loving mother. Mrs. Fischer maintained a beautiful home. She enjoyed gardening and was an immaculate housekeeper.
Survivors: Three sons, three daughters, 64 grandchildren and 118 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 12, 1997 at 2 p.m. in the Centennial Park Community Center. Friends may call on Saturday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Spilsbury & Beard Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, and on Sunday morning at the home of Gary and Esther White, 1785 Julia Circle, Centennial Park, Arizona, from 11 a.m. to 1;30 p.m.
Graveside Services and Interment will be held on Monday, January 13, 1997 at 2 p.m. in the Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East College Street (4580 South), East Millcreek, Utah.
