"So many heartfelt thoughts I want to send to all of you wonderful people who prayed and shed so many tears out of love for Phillip and our family, and me, during his sudden death. Without your support, there is no way we could have gotten through this terrible pain for our loved one. I will love all of you forever.
"Special thanks and love to our pastor, our church, and all members at Hulon Baptist for all the things they did to help us.
"Special love and thanks to the fire departments, paramedics, doctors, and nurses from Lexington County Hospital Emergency Room who fought so very hard to save him and to the florists and friends and to Milton Shealy Funeral Home, to the pallbearers for Phillip.
"Thanks to my sisters who stayed with me, never leaving my side, and love to all my family and friends who kept bringing us food, flowers, support, and love. May God be with all of you forever.
"I love you, Diane.
