Noma Bradshaw Edwards beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister went home on October 4, 2008.

Your tiny body exemplified a lifetime of love in the rarest form, a tender soul emanating from your touch. With kids at your knee and a guitar in hand, out rose harmony that shared dreams of innocence. Your love for children proved impermeable and babies found safety in your arms. Games were your outlet with contenders learning early of your luck. Our getaway weekends will be empty and the music we sang will be silenced with your absence.

Born in Parowan, Utah on October 5, 1923 to Rufus Bradshaw and Ona Agolda Decker Bradshaw. Married Irvin Baker Edwards on November 11, 1941 in Las Vegas, Nevada; later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 1957. Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker, and provider she was blessed with many trades, each one supporting her starring role.

Survived by children: Annabell Diaz, Mildred Valencia, Jan (Earl) Dixon, Robert Edwards, Betty Card, Laurie (Phil) Smith and sister Marie. Preceded in death by her eternal love, Irvin Baker Edwards and her two angel daughters Beverly and Irvarene.

Viewing: Friday evening, October 10, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple Street, Salt Lake City.
