Jennie was the daughter of Stanley Guy and Dora Ellen (Price) Carpenter and was born in West Virginia. She died in Kettering Hospital, Loudonville of polycythemia.
She was a mother and homemaker. She attended Butler Church of Christ.
Jennie was married September 21, 1959 in Stinson, WV to Ernest Leroy Eagle. He survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Dora Fern; a son, Tony Leroy; her father, Stanley Guy (Radie) Carpenter; sisters, Emma Jean (Luther) Atkinson, Ada Glo Houchin, Ellen Flo (Glen) Starcher, Mary Jane Rose(Kenneth) Bee, and Delma Ruth (Dewey) Endicott; brothers, Owen Paige (Dorothy) Carpenter, Guy Vane (Helen) Carpenter, Watson Pool (Shirley) Carpenter, and Boyd Blaine Carpenter; two half-sisters, Karen Sue Carpenter and Sharon Lou Carpenter.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dora Carpenter, in 1952; her sister, Thelma Blanche (Guy) Bowers in 1945; her brother-in-law, Forrest Houchin in 1961, and her nephew, Amos Glen Starcher in 1955.
