Carson M. Hardee
CONWAY - Carson McLain Hardee, 94, of the Hickory Grove community, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2000, at Loris Community Hospital after an illness.
He was born in Horry County, a son of the late Andrew Morgan and Mary Jane Chestnut Hardee.
He was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Hardee and Jerry Hardee, both of Conway; three daughters, Pauline McDowell, Mary Lou Edge and Fleetwood Gore, all of Conway; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son, Clyvume Hardee.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway chapel.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hickory Grove Baptist Church. The Revs. Jerry Phillips and Billy Hackett will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
