Mrs. Jessed Haworth died at her home. She had been confined to her home for several months, but died unexpectedly of a heart attack she suffered.
She was the daughter of John and Alice Locke Jenkins and was born July 16, 1867 in Bosworth, Mo. She came to Illinois when about 20 years old. She was married to Jesse Haworth March 8, 1892 and had resided in the vicinity since her marriage. They were parents of 2 children, Edward Hayworth and Annabel Pritt.
She is survived by her husband and 2 children, besides 2 sisters, Mrs. Belle Winfrey and Mrs. Anna Oliver and 6 Grandchildren.
She was a devout member of the Christian Church and also a member of the Royal Neighbor lodge
