Daniel reissinger, an aged and well known resident of this town died last Saturday at about one p.m. He was born in York County, Pa. on May 15, 1826. In early life, he came west and has spent nearly all of his life in Hamilton and Tipton counties. He had been in poor health for past three years, and three weeks ago was confined to his room. He was the father of Elmer Reissinger, Mrs. Ada Wible,Mrs. Will Pettyjohn, of this city, and Mrs. John Scherer, of Peru His wife survives him. the funeral was held at the Dunkard church adn was conducted by the Rev. eli Smelser. Mr. Reissinger was eighty years old May 15 last.
