Brock Dean, father of Odis Dean; Clifford of Newcastle; Mrs. Gladys Awoen of Artesia, Calif.; Mrs. Leon Shiry, Mrs. Ida Whitten and Haulby of Memphis, Texas died at the McCurdy Hospital last Saturday morning. His funeral was Monday at 2:00 P. M. from the Newcastle First Baptist Church, with burial at Washington Cemetery.
