Services for Louis K. Farrish, 77. of Greenwood, who died today at Greenwood Leflore Hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson and Knight Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Farrish was a member of the First Baptist Church. He had been a resident of Greenwood for the past 15 years. A former resident of Itta Bena, he retired from farming in 1974.

A veteran of World War II, where he served in the U.S. Army, Mr. Farrish was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Euries Gordon Farrish; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Lou Pike of Memphis and Mrs. Bessie Killebrew of Cruger; and a brother, Jessie Farrish of Liberty.

The Rev. Al Finch, the Rev. Bill Patten and Jim Little will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Carrollton

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Pike, Johnny Pike, Bobby Killebrew, Wayne Killebrew, Robert Farrish, Julius Farrish, Howard Grittman and James W. Philley.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Baraca Sunday school class at First Baptist Church.

The family has requested that memorials be sent to the American Lung Association.
