Funeral Rites John D. Farrish

John D. Farrish of Carrollton, died at the Greenwood Leflore Hospital this morning. Services will be held at the North Carrollton Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 3:30 with burial in Evergreen cemetery at Carrollton.

Mr. Farris, who was 51, was an employee of Leflore Auto Co. He was a Methodist. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Pauline Wood Farrish, a daughter, Peggy Jean Farrish, four brothers, W. H. Farrish, Carrollton; E. F. Farrish of Greenwood; Lewis Farrish and Jesse Farrish of Schlater; four sisters, Mrs. J. E. Day, Mrs. F. A. Holly and Mrs. J. F. Pike, all of Greenwood; Mrs. Bessie Killebrew of Cruger.

Pallbearers will be: Walter Hammons, Joe Jones, W. D. Nunley, Henry Nunley, John L. Sullivan, T. R. Hendon, Cecil Herbert and James R. Lee.
