The couple resided in Esmont, Virginia on Porters Road in Albemarle County. He was the legal guardian to Charmaine T.Hurtt and Tyrone N.Morris Jr. Ned Earl Brown siblings are name Morell Brown,Carl Mc Arthur Brown,Martin Brown Sr. Gerald Brown and Charlotte Lucille Brown,Joan Elizabeth Brown Gray and Maebelle Brown Burton of Albemarle County Virginia. Ned Earl Brown died on April 1,1983 of a heart attack and left behind his beloved wife Ruth Wren Brown and family.
