Kelly was born the daughter of Hilda Arrowood Morgan and Walter Morgan. She was the grand daughter of Lewis William "Pat" Arrowood and Maude Rose Hull Arrowood.
She was the great granddaughter of Welzia Augustus Arrowood and Isabelle Correll Arrowood.
She was a beautiful soul; a vibrant girl.
She loved life and loved to laugh.
She was killed in an auto accident on her way to a high school beauty pageant.
She was awarded post-humously, 'Miss Congeniality'.
She had two sisters and one brother. She also had a baby brother, Wayne, that was stillborn.
