Irene G. Hendrickson, 85, a resident of Maple Street, Tamarack City, Michigan, passed away October 10., 1999 at the Cypress Manor Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
The former Irene Gerbe was born on May 30, 1914 in Tamarack City a daughter of the late Adeline & William Gerbe and attended the local schools in Hubbell & Dollar Bay. She was a resident of Hubbell & Tamarack City all of her life.
On July 11, 1933 she was married to Carl W. Hendrickson in Hubbell and he passed away on May 27, 1976.
Irene was a member of St. Cecilia Church of Hubbell, church choir & the parish altar Society. She was also an avid sports fan. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brother William & Arnold & a sister Ruth.
