Alfonso Moore, 85, a native of Jenkins, Ky., and a resident of 524 Murray St., Biloxi, died Wednesday in Biloxi. Arrangements are incomplete at McDaniel-RIchmond Funeral Home in Biloxi.

Mr. Moore's WWI Service Card shows that he was born in "Oclockton", Florida, and his WWII Draft Card shows his place of birth as Leon County, Florida. His censuses also indicate that he was born in Florida, although he did live in Kentucky for a time. He was the son of William Moore and Margaret "Maggie" Thornton.
