Laurie Kay Ennis Alderman, 38, of Bradenton and formerly of Lakeland, died September 1, 2008 at Tidewell Hospice, Bradenton due to heart failure.
She was born July 19, 1970 in Rockford, IL to Danny Ray and Debra (Pruter) Ennis and moved here in 1975. Laurie was a cashier and student.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and Georgia Pruter; paternal grandparents, David and Aldie Ennis and her step-father, Gary Hart. Laurie is survived by her mother, Debra Hart of Lakeland; father, Danny Ennis of Bristol, FL; brother, Gregory Hart of Lakeland; sisters, Jamie Ennis and Kelly Moseley both of Lakeland; her dedicated and loving caregiver, Ivette Colon of Oneco, FL and numerous aunts, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Friday at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes, Dukes-Steen Chapel, Lakeland where funeral services will be held that day at 1:00 p.m. Interment to be held in Springhead Cemetery.
