Martha was the daughter of Charles W. and Mary Hebard. There is a very poor stone on her grave that is level with the ground.

According to the Mt Hope Interment Records (http://www.lib.rochester.edu/IN/RBSCP/Databases/IMAGES/MtHope/disc1/00000537.pdf), Martha Hebard who died in 1879 at the age of ~32 is buried in the Southwest 1/4 of Lot 63 in Range 3. The plot map of the lot (available here: http://crpc.nyrgs.org/) indeed shows that the lot is owned by Charles Hebard. This picture shows a grave marker on the lot is presumably for Martha Hebard (d. 1879), although it is possible it could be for another Martha Hebard if there was more than one in the family. The only other surviving grave marker on the lot is for Charles Hebard (d. 1850), the 14-month-old son of Charles W. and Mary S. Hebard. Note that this memorial and Memorial #29585379 are duplicates for the same person.

Perspective shot of the Southwest 1/4 of Lot 63 in Range 3, looking toward the southwest. A plot map of the lot is available here: http://crpc.nyrgs.org/ The four small markers designate the four corners of the plot. The only surviving grave marker on the plot that is visible from this angle is the one for Charles Hebard although the one for Martha lies next to it, flush with the ground.
