A resident of Green Valley for 29 years, he is survived by: his wife, Bernice; mother, Elsie Blacklock of Farmington; son, Richard M. of Los Angeles, Calif.; daughter, Cynthia Klug of Tucson; brother, Robert of Grants, N.M.; three aunts; three uncles; several nieces and nephews; and two grandchildren. He was in the mining business for many years and was employed by Anaconda in Bluewater, N.M., and Anamax in Sahuarita. He also worked for the Park Corp. in Sahuarita.
Services were held Tuesday, May 11, at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, the Rev. John Emanuel officiating. Interment was in G.V. Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were handled by G.V. Mortuary & Memorial Gardens.
