Ramona Belle Price Foster, 83, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Pleasant Grove, Utah, Aug. 28, 2008. Mona was born Aug. 8, 1925, in Enterprise, Utah, to Dora Belle Rencher and Joseph Adelbert Price. She was raised in Panaca, Nev., and graduated from Lincoln County High School. Mona served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Western States Mission. She married Avery William "Bill" Foster Nov. 11, 1950, in Panaca. That marriage was later solemnized in the St. George Temple. Mona is survived by her two children, Thomas (Connie) Foster of San Diego, and Brenda (Frank) Smith of Pleasant Grove, Utah; two grandsons, Todd Madsen of St. George, Utah, and Michael Madsen of Salt Lake City; a stepgranddaughter, VayAnn Smith of Farson, Wyo.; a brother, Preston Price of Fallon; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mona was preceded in death by her husband, Bill. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, at the Panaca 2nd Ward Chapel. A viewing will be held prior to the services beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be at the Panaca Cemetery.
