Phyllis E. McGrew

Phyllis E. (Packham) McGrew, 59, of 11804 Bellevue Road, died Saturday in Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo. She had been ill several months and was transferred to the Kalamazoo hospital April 22 from Leila Hospital.

She was born in Battle Creek and was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the Channel 14 Trouble Shooters CB Group.

She is survived by her husband, Roger L. McGrew; a son, James McGrew of Battle Creek; daughters, Mrs. Jim (Beth Ann) Fletcher of 12019 Bellevue Road, Mrs. Michael (Nancy) Horwath of 150 Taylor Ave., Mrs. J. D. (Judy) Millsap of 8681 Bellevue Road, and Mrs. Mark (Jackie) Hicks of Warren, Ark.; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brothers, Ralph Packham of 110 N. 20th St., and Jack Packham of Dowling.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hebble Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Michigan Heart Association.
