Husband of Luvica ANDERSON 1811-1848 and Tempy LEACH 1822-1904.
James Green Walker was a Physician and a Methodist Minister. He also
tried to bring his ministry to the Indians.
Rev. James Green Walker, MD has a very impressive headstone. One inscription:"Servant of God well done, Rest from thy loved employ, A mortal arrow pierced his frame, He fell but felt no fear"
There is a large round disc at the top of the stone with a horseman engraved on it. There words around the edge of the disc, says "United Methodist Minister" I have a note that says "Member of West. Texas Conference M. E. C. S."
