Widow of Marquis Nale, died at her home at Johnstown, R.F.D. No. 2, Sunday morning at 12.10 o'clock, death being attributed to a complication of ailments incident to advanced age. She was the daughter of Jonathan and Mary Catherine Yingling and was born in Poplar Run, Blair county, on May 13, 1865. She was twice married*, both husbands preceding her in death, having been united in marriage with Marcus Nale on June 12, 1900, at Duncansville.
Surviving are these children: Harvey M., Blaine Ira, Earl Dewain, Ward Haylock and Raymond Harris Brubaker, John W. Nale, Mrs. Edna Miller, Mrs. Ethel Wamsley, Mrs. Emma Stump and Charles N. Nale; step-children Mrs. Anna Lego and Mrs Minnie Lego of Gallitzin, Mrs. Catherine Burket and Raymond Nale of Claysburg, Mrs. Viola Flick of Altoona, Mrs Sadie Clark of Vintondale and Mrs Ella Carnahan of Duncansville R. D.forty-five grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. John Turnbaugh.
Mrs. Nale was educated in the Allegheny township, Blair county, schools and was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
The body has been brought to the home of her son, Raymond H. Brubaker, at Cross Keys where friends will be received at any time prior to this funeral.
NALE - Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Ellen (Yingling) Brubaker Nale will be conducted at the Carson Valley Church of the Brethren, the cortege leaving the R. H. Brubaker home at Cross Keys at 2 o'clock, in charge of Rev. D. I. Pepple. Interment in the Carson Valley cemetery.
